I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years, I am British wheel of yoga trained and I provide classes in the West Wickham and Beckenham area.

Following a brief initial consultation, during which we can discuss your needs and how Yoga will approach meeting them. I will work closely with you to devise a progressive program which we will work on together during regular weekly sessions. This will be on a 6 week block basis and will be complimented by home practice.

You may choose one to one yoga training to take your practice to another level, or because you are not able to attend a regular class. You may need to reduce your stress levels and wish to learn relaxation techniques, or you may be looking for weight loss, toning or health recovery. You may choose yoga during and after pregnancy, for preparation for labour and/or recovery. Whatever goal brings you to yoga, you can look forward to many benefits including increased well being and a balanced perspective.

One to one yoga is available to you at home or work. Tuition for small groups is also available (up to 4 people with similar requirements)
