Hypnotherapy is an effective tool to achieve neuroplasticity (the ability of the brain to rewire itself). It can be used to create new neural pathways which results in the change of thoughts, emotions and behaviour – if you do what you’ve always done you’ll get what you’ve always got, so change it!

Our internal dialogue reflects our perception of ourselves and we usually judge ourselves the most harshly. NLP (Neruo-Linguistic Programming) is one of the many techniques I use in conjunction with hypnotherapy, which enables recognition and positive changes of this dialogue, and so removes anxiety and compulsions. Using different language can unleash your capabilities and inner resources – ‘reframing’ by using different language enables you to overcome lifelong obstacles.
